Job Description

As an HR Recruiter at our company located in Dimna FiveS, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process for BPO and non-BPO positions. With a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, specifically in the BPO sector, you will utilize your exceptional communication skills and strong work ethic to meet recruitment targets effectively and professionally. Your responsibilities will include handling end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial HR interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring timely hiring based on recruitment targets. Additionally, you will focus on building a talent pipeline for future hiring needs while providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, be target-oriented with a proactive mindset, and have a good understanding of recruitment tools and techniques. A graduate in any discipline with prior experience in volume hiring and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
