HR Recruiter Female

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in labs or hospitals. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of medical and paramedical roles and experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs across departments (e.g., pathology, nursing and administration).
• Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, and referrals).
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical rounds with concerned departments.
• Draft and roll out offer letters, negotiate salary and ensure pre-joining formalities are completed.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and HR database.
• Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare hiring standards and accreditation requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare, diagnostic lab, or hospital setup.
• Strong understanding of various healthcare roles (e.g. lab Technicians, Phlebotomist, Nurses, admin staff).
• Proficient in using job portals Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
