HR Recruiter Female

The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, maintaining candidate databases, coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and understand hiring needs

Experience in maintaining candidate databases and ensuring a positive candidate experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in recruitment consultancy is a plus

Must be located in commutable distance to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
