• Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs

• Coordinate the recruitment life cycle and maintain accurate records
• Support internal HR initiatives related to employee well-being and inclusion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Prior recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Passion for people, diversity, and team collaboration

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
