Cold call candidates using

LinkedIn
, and
internal databases
to hire both healthcare providers and hospital staff.
Screen and evaluate candidates over the phone for various roles (clinical and non-clinical).
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads and management.
Support the
onboarding process
for new hires, ensuring documentation and smooth joining.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hiring status using trackers and recruitment tools.
Work closely with the HR and operations teams to meet daily and weekly hiring targets.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation standards.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Requirements:

0–2 years of experience in HR recruitment (internship or fresher experience acceptable).
Must be confident in
cold calling and telephonic screening
.
Prior experience using
Naukri
or other job portals is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of hospital or healthcare hiring is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets and applicant tracking.
