HR Recruiter Executive

As an HR Recruiter in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for local and regional roles. Your key duties will include sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and local networks, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Additionally, you will maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, assist in onboarding new hires, and promote employer branding through local outreach and online platforms. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be familiar with recruitment tools such as ATS and job boards, and demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize hiring needs. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is essential, and fluency in Hindi and English is required, with knowledge of local dialects considered a plus. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. While 2 years of recruitment experience is preferred, freshers are also welcome to apply. Prior experience in local hiring or telecalling will be advantageous. The offered salary ranges from 15,000 to 30,000 per month, with incentives based on experience and performance.
