HR Recruiter Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying qualified candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
• Build a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with the company’s values.
• Assist the HR team in other administrative and operational activities when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with various job portals and social media recruiting.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
