About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat. Offer solutions by identifying the root cause of the issue and guiding customers effectively.
• Take ownership of customer issues, following problems through to resolution. Troubleshoot product/service issues by working with relevant teams when needed.
• Identify complex customer issues that require escalation, and work closely with the escalation team to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and create a knowledge base of common queries and solutions.
• Gather and document customer feedback, providing insights to the product and operations teams to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed service-level agreements (SLAs), including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution times.
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of work experience in customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and very customer focused
• Good in handling customers and empathetic towards them
• Desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment. Passionate about delivering great customer experience is required
• Experienced in using & operating MS-Excel with a aptitude for data
  

Preferred Skills

• Logistics or E-commerce or any sort of E-commerce enablement experience is a plus
