We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to support our hiring efforts and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition. Role Overview: As an HR Recruiter Intern, youll assist our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates. You'll work closely with hiring managers and help maintain a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidate profiles from various platforms Reach out to potential candidates and coordinate interviews Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system Support employer branding initiatives across platforms Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvements Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in recruitment and human resources Organized, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality Familiarity with LinkedIn and Naukri is a plus
