You will be required to write and post job descriptions on relevant job portals, company websites, and social media platforms. Additionally, shortlisting candidates based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance will be a crucial part of your role. Reviewing resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit will also be a key responsibility.
