Job Description

We are hiring an HR Recruiter for Barkat Group Manpower Consultants, Mumbai. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates for Gulf manpower requirements, communicating with agents, and maintaining daily recruitment reports. Key Responsibilities: Daily communication with recruitment agents Sourcing suitable candidates for Saudi/Gulf job roles Collecting candidate documents & verifying details Maintaining Google Sheets & daily reporting Scheduling interviews and following up on selections Coordinating with internal team on manpower requirements Updating candidate status till deployment stage Requirements: Good communication in Hindi/Urdu (Basic English preferred) Must know WhatsApp and basic computer operations Should be responsible, organized, and target-focused Experience in manpower recruitment is an added advantage Salary: Based on experience + incentives Location: Mumbai Central Job Type: Full-time
