Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, company career pages, and social media Source candidates through databases, job portals, social platforms, and employee referrals Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct initial phone or video interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications Schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback throughout the process Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Prepare and extend job offers, coordinate onboarding activities, and ensure a smooth new hire process Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) Foster a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices
