Job Description

The HR Recruiter will be a key player in driving the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and the company. Your primary responsibility will involve managing the end-to-end hiring process. This includes scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, maintaining recruitment tracking reports, and collaborating with the GM and HR Manager to fulfill staffing needs and support organizational growth. You will also be instrumental in building a robust talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout their recruitment journey. Your duties will include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, scheduling interviews based on the availability of interviewers and candidates, issuing offer letters to selected candidates, tracking and maintaining recruitment reports for the GM and HR Manager, and ensuring timely communication to provide a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and the work location is in person.,
