Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and sharp HR Recruiter to join our HR team at Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. As a part of our team, you will be focusing exclusively on recruitment-related tasks to assist in building a strong and capable workforce. This role is suited for individuals with previous experience in a recruitment agency or placement consultancy, as they are usually well-versed in sourcing, screening, and efficiently closing roles. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical roles across different departments. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and in-person visits when necessary. Additionally, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with department heads, following up with candidates until joining, maintaining recruitment trackers and reports, as well as ensuring a seamless onboarding process in collaboration with the HR operations team. Ideal candidates for this role should have prior experience working with placement agencies or recruitment consultancies, possess excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written), be target-oriented, proactive, organized, and have strong communication and coordination abilities. Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Excel and Word is expected. Qualifications for this position include a graduate or postgraduate degree in HR/Business Administration or a relevant field, along with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
