Job Description

Job Title:

dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain trackers for lineup, turn-up, selection, and joining.
Handle bulk hiring and meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients for interview feedback and offer rollouts.
Build a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements:

12th and Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment (BFSI, sales hiring preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Comfortable with bulk and target-based hiring.
