Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure quality management system (QMS) compliance by implementing GMP standards.
Develop and maintain training programs for employees on QMS, learning and development, and quality assurance processes.
Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement in the organization's QA management systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions from audit findings.
Provide guidance on quality control procedures to ensure adherence to industry regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field.
Strong understanding of I GMP standards, QMS principles, and quality control concepts.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders across various functions.
Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
