HR Payroll Specialist (APAC)

Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail Are you great with numbers Are you someone who enjoys being accurate and meticulous We are looking for someone like that who can help us ensure timely disbursement of salaries, tax and social security's contributions, respond to tax authority with respect to tax notices, audits and correspondence, and handle projects and process enhancement initiatives. You'll be working in the HR Service Delivery team in Pune as a part of the Human Resource Service Delivery unit. To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field, advanced Microsoft Office skills, meticulous, structured, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong customer focus and communication skills, ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, ability to work in APAC / General shifts, ability to handle sensitive data, be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, a great communicator with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization, organized and detail-oriented, proactive, a good team player, and fluent in English.
