Role & responsibilities

Responsibility (personally delivers)

Skills Required

Payroll Configuration, design, and fixing bugs related to live ECC 5.0 or higher Production system
HR (Master Data, Benefits and Org. Management) Configuration, design, and fixing bugs related to live ECC 5.0 or higher Production system
Functional specifications and other configuration documentation
Complete Interface analysis / design and Document Interface Specifications
Unit testing of configuration
Author integration test scripts
Liaison with development team
Carry out steps in integration test scripts to either pass or fail them
Work with customers to help verify designs, and testing sign offs

REQUIRED:

5 yrs. - SAP payroll configuration experience in SAP version ECC 5.0 or higher
Knowledge of HR / Payroll / Benefits processes and statutory requirements
Previous experience in global HR implementation & international transfers

PREFERRED:

R/3 Enterprise configuration experience
EC and ECP
