About the Role

We are looking for a well-networked professional in Bangalore who has strong connections with HR leaders in companies employing large teams (corporate, retail, gig, blue-collar, or distributed workforce).

The role involves introducing Floatr’s Corporate Financial Wellness Program to organisations and setting up qualified meetings for our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your HR network to identify and connect with companies employing 200+ staff.
• Introduce Floatr’s salary-linked financial wellness program to HR and business leaders.
• Generate leads and schedule discovery meetings for the Floatr sales team.
• Represent Floatr professionally in networking events and peer HR forums.
• Maintain a simple tracking sheet of outreach and meetings scheduled.

Requirements

• Strong HR network in Bangalore is essential.
• Prior experience in HR, staffing, corporate services, or HR consulting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a flexible consulting structure.
