HR Org Admin

Role Overview: As the HR Org Admin at ADM, your main responsibility will be to support the use of SuccessFactors Employee Central HRIS system. This system serves as a self-service platform for employees and managers to manage employment data. You will work closely with local HR Admins and HRBPs to manage position data within Employee Central, as well as assist with HR projects. Your commitment to confidentiality and operational excellence, with a strong focus on customer service, is crucial. This role will provide you with valuable knowledge and experience in the HR field, where you will interact daily with colleagues from various levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Perform data entry and verification of position data - Understand Employee Central and foundational data - Guide managers and HR personnel in completing tasks within Employee Central - Support Org structure and system implications - Respond to inquiries and requests for confidential data - Assist HR colleagues with system usage - Conduct data audits and ensure compliance - Provide support to managers during workflow processes - Update foundational data within Employee Central - Maintain process documentation, manuals, and SOPs - Cross-train HR Support team responsibilities and provide backup as needed - Ensure compliance and security of confidential data in the workspace Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in administrative or HR roles - Previous experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Workday, People Soft, or similar systems - Experience handling confidential and sensitive information - Strong commitment to exceptional customer service - Excellent customer-facing skills - Analytical skills to identify root causes of data issues - Data entry experience with keen attention to detail - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and work under time constraints Location: Gurgaon or Bengaluru Additional Details: Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are fundamental values at ADM.
