Job Description

Role: HR Operations

HR Operations Advisor

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between employees and management for HR-related queries
Manage and support
immigration processes
(visas, work permits, compliance, documentation, coordination with vendors)
Advise managers on HR policies including equal employment opportunity and workplace conduct
Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities
Assist the HR Manager with documentation for employee relations, disputes, and disciplinary actions
Maintain accurate employee data and HR records in
SAP SuccessFactors

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in Immigration operations
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good attention to detail and customer service mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Knowledge of HR policies, hiring practices, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
