Responds to employee inquiries promptly and accurately within established SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Provides guidance to employees on utilizing Ask L&D functionality effectively. Develops a foundational understanding of learning and development systems, services, and offerings. Organizational skills and ability to maintain structure in daily tasks Openness to work in an international environment.
