HR Operations Expert APAC

As an HR Operations Expert APAC at your company, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing all regular HR administration processes in the APAC region. Your primary objective will be to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of employee data within the HR systems. Key Responsibilities: - Manage various HR paperwork and communication with key stakeholders for APAC employees throughout their employment lifecycle, including pre-hire, onboarding, probation, offboarding, and contract renewals. - Administer Workday system to maintain accurate data for APAC employees. - Generate regular HR reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports (such as headcount, turnover, compliance) in collaboration with local HR Operations teams, Finance team, and other stakeholders. - Renew annual public holiday calendars for APAC countries in coordination with local HR Operations team leaders. - Handle responsibilities like Tier-1 ticket system contact, publishing people announcements on the company intranet, creating and monitoring Workday Knowledge Articles, maintaining training records, and serving as the contact point for the global learning service team. - Identify process gaps, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to enhance HR operational efficiency within the defined scope. - Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all operational activities. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or regional HR roles, preferably within a multinational APAC environment. - Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS, HR tools, and MS Office. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills in English (additional APAC languages are a plus). - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
