HR Operations professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
  • Manage HR operations including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain employee records in HRMS/HRIS.
  • Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.
  • Assist in HR policies, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
