Who We Are Looking For

4 to 6 yrs of exp in HR
Fluency in German (C1 level), written & verbal skills
Understanding of Swiss and German labor laws is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills and Cross-cultural sensitivity
Proven business acumen with good HR awareness
Work independently with minimal supervision

What You Bring

Onboarding & Offboarding process - Seamless experience for all joiners/leavers, including documentation, system access, and culture onboarding.
HR Operations - Maintain employee records and support employee engagement initiatives.
Payroll & Compliance - Coordinate with external vendors and support in resolving any issues or challenges.
Global collaboration - Collaborate with the global HR team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Employee experience - Support and guide the employees with the processes or policy related queries, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Performance & Development - Assist the employees with OKRs, feedback cycles and learning initiatives.
Manage updates in HR systems and maintain accuracy.
Handle HR JIRA tickets through shared service tools and maintain timely resolution.
Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations for smooth functioning.
