Job Description

You will be joining our team as a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR & Marketing Officer (Fresher) with the opportunity to kickstart your career in human resources and marketing. In this dual-role position, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to various aspects of business growth and people management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and screening resumes. - Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes. - Help organize employee engagement programs and internal communications. - Respond to basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. **Marketing:** - Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns. - Assist in content creation for social media, email, and website promotions. - Coordinate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials. - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. - Help plan and organize promotional events, trade shows, and campaigns. **Key Skills Required:** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good organizational and multitasking abilities - Basic understanding of HR functions and marketing concepts - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Creativity and willingness to learn - Team player with a proactive attitude **Educational Qualification:** - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field (Freshers welcome) In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, here are some additional details about our company: We offer a learning-focused environment with mentorship and growth opportunities, exposure to both HR and marketing functions, and the chance to work on real-time projects and make meaningful contributions.
