Hr & Marketing Officer- Fresher

As a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR & Marketing Officer (Fresher), you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in both human resources and marketing. You will play a crucial role in contributing to various aspects of business growth and people management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in recruitment processes such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and screening resumes. - Maintain employee records and provide support during onboarding/offboarding processes. - Help in organizing employee engagement programs and internal communications. - Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. - Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns. - Assist in creating content for social media, email, and website promotions. - Collaborate with design and content teams to develop marketing materials. - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. - Contribute to planning and organizing promotional events, trade shows, and campaigns. **Key Skills Required:** - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Basic understanding of HR functions and marketing concepts. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Creativity, coupled with a willingness to learn. - Team player with a proactive attitude. **Educational Qualification:** - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field (Freshers welcome).
