Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Hiring: Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job posting and screening applications to interviewing and making hiring decisions. Onboarding and Training: Ensuring new employees are properly onboarded and trained, and providing ongoing development opportunities. Employee Relations: Addressing and resolving employee issues, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment. Compliance: Staying current with HR policies and labor laws, ensuring the company is compliant. HR Strategy: Developing and implementing HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity. Performance Management: Managing performance reviews, providing feedback, and developing employee growth plans. Payroll and Benefits: Managing payroll and benefits administration.
