HR Manager

As an HR Manager at our fast-growing Medical Equipment Manufacturing company based in Kolkata, you will be responsible for leading our HR operations and supporting our expanding workforce. With over 65 employees, we are known for delivering high-quality, innovative healthcare solutions and are committed to improving patient care across India. Your key responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end recruitment process, managing recruitment vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, maintaining employee records using HRONE software, generating HR reports to support business decisions, addressing employee relations issues, and driving employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with leadership and department heads. To be successful in this role, you must hold an MBA in HR or equivalent qualification, have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR Manager role preferably in manufacturing or healthcare sectors, be proficient in using HRONE software, possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
