Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Lead end-to-end recruitment to build a high-performing real estate team
Manage onboarding & orientation for seamless integration of new hires
Oversee HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in recruitment / HR (real estate hiring is a plus)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong organizational ability and problem-solving mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
