Provide HR expertise in the areas of onboarding, employee engagement and employee relations Collaborate with the team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction Welcome new joiners into the organization Prepare onboarding documents and kits for the new hires Introduce team members and help the new employees understand the team and the organization Collect, organize and process documents, such as contracts and agreements Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize them with the organization Organize induction to help new hires receive proper training sessions Act as a partner to new employees Very well versed with leave and attendance management Hands-on experience of using various HRMS tools Knowledge of system automation and implementation Strong communication skills Very well versed with excel and analytical skills
