HR Manager (Part Time)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.

Onboarding & Joining Formalities

• Handle new employee documentation, induction, and orientation sessions.
• Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.

Exit Formalities

• Manage resignations, exit interviews, and clearance processes.
• Prepare full & final settlements and feedback reports.

Training & Development

• Provide basic HR training to staff.
• Coordinate and arrange inter-departmental training programs.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend training needs.

HR Policy & Compliance

• Draft, update, and implement HR policies in line with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.

Performance Management

• Prepare and maintain KRAs (Key Result Areas) for all current staff.
• Review and evaluate employee performance periodically.
• Share feedback with department heads and employees for improvement.

HR Operations & Reporting

• Maintain employee records and HR dashboards.
• Prepare HR presentations for management reviews.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices & policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle recruitment independently
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Work Mode

• Part-Time: Flexible hours as per company requirement
• Reporting To: Operations Manager / Director.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
