HR Manager – Operations & Policies

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, exit formalities
• Develop and enforce company HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations and coordinate with manufacturing plant management
• Act as business partner to different departments for operational support
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
• Handle payroll and compensation coordination
• Manage employee training on communication and personality development

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR operations and policy management
• Knowledge of labor laws and manufacturing operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹280,852.31 - ₹1,327,264.64 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Basaveshwaranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
