HR Manager Operations & People Management (3 - 6 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the entire employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, training coordination, exits
  • Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks (PF, ESI, etc.)
  • Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and attendance monitoring
  • Organize performance review cycles and probation evaluations
  • Conduct regular check-ins and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain all HR records, contracts, and documentation
  • Resolve grievances and handle confidential issues with discretion

  • Oversee day-to-day office management, infrastructure, supplies, and vendor relations
  • Coordinate with IT/admin/finance teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support inter-departmental coordination and delivery alignment
  • Monitor general compliance and ensure office discipline and culture

  • Support basic

    project tracking

    or help managers with staffing allocation
  • Coordinate hiring and operations for

    tech teams

    , designers, or marketers
  • Handle outreach for hiring on platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, and job boards
  • Suggest tools or processes to improve internal workflows (Google Workspace, HRMS, etc.)

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3 - 6 years of experience as

    HR Generalist / HR Manager / People Ops Lead

  • Strong understanding of

    end-to-end HR practices

    , compliance, and labor laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
  • Good with tools like

    MS Excel, Google Workspace, HRMS platforms

  • Confident in

    multitasking

    and taking complete ownership of HR + operations
  • Exposure to working with

    IT services / tech teams / creative teams

    is a big advantage
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of

    project coordination tools

    like Trello, Notion, Asana, or CRM platforms
