Role Overview: As a HR manager, your role is crucial to the success of the business. You will play a key part in ensuring a happy and productive workplace where employees work together to achieve the company's mission and objectives. A significant aspect of your role will involve promoting corporate values and fostering a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy - Act as a bridge between management and employees to address demands, grievances, and other issues - Manage the recruitment and selection process - Prepare employees for their roles through orientation and training programs - Support the organization's current and future needs by engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital - Monitor and develop HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization - Cultivate a positive work environment - Oversee a performance appraisal system to drive high performance - Identify training needs, implement training programs, and monitor their effectiveness - Provide decision support to management using HR metrics - Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of human resource management - Maintain historical human resource records through an organized filing and retrieval system - Stay updated on professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR executive role - People-oriented and results-driven mindset - Demonstrated experience in using HR metrics - Familiarity with HR systems and databases - Ability to develop strategies and exhibit strong leadership skills - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities - Skill in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels - Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices Additional Company Details: The company is looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications in Human Resources or Organization Development. Active participation in HR communities such as HRMS/NHRD is also valued.,
