Job Description

Role: HR Manager
Experience: 8+ years

HR Generalist experience is must

---Only immediate joiners---

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end recruitment for factory staffs.
Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.).
Lead the performance management process (PMS) at the plant.
Build a strong employee engagement culture and grievance redressal mechanism.
Partner with operations and leadership as HRBP to align HR strategies with business goals.
Ensure HR audits, reports, and dashboards are timely and accurate.

Requirements:

Experience in a manufacturing setup is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory HR operations, and people practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
