Role: HR Manager
Experience: 8+ years

HR Generalist experience is must

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for factory staffs.
• Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.).
• Lead the performance management process (PMS) at the plant.
• Build a strong employee engagement culture and grievance redressal mechanism.
• Partner with operations and leadership as HRBP to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Ensure HR audits, reports, and dashboards are timely and accurate.

Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing setup is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory HR operations, and people practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
