Job Description

As an HR Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. You will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a positive work environment for all employees. This is a full-time, permanent position with fixed shift hours. In addition to your salary, you will receive benefits such as food provided, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund contributions. You will also be eligible for performance bonuses and a yearly bonus based on your achievements and the company's performance. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in human resources management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations.
