Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and operational improvements.
  • Monitor staff performance and conduct regular reviews.
  • Coordinate with the management team for manpower planning and operational needs.
  • Maintain a positive work culture and employee engagement within the showroom.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience (4–10 years) in HR and Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory and labour compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in jewellery showroom HR operations preferred.
  • Ability to work long hours and handle multi-tasking efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,215.27 - ₹25,837.52 per month
