Interview HR leaders, industry experts, and employees to gather real-world insights. Stay updated on HR trends, regulatory changes, and workplace innovations. Develop thought leadership content in collaboration with HR professionals and business executives. Create content for multiple platforms, including websites, social media, and corporate newsletters. Ensure content is well-researched, fact-checked, and aligned with editorial and company guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Mastes degree in HR, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in HR role(s) Strong research, interviewing, and storytelling skills. In-depth knowledge of HR functions, workplace policies, and employee management. Ability to simplify complex HR topics into engaging and accessible content. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in HR or working with HR teams. A portfolio of published HR or business-related articles. Familiarity with HR software and digital tools.
