Job Description

You are an experienced HR Manager with 8-10 years of relevant work experience. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing human resources policies, key performance indicators (KPIs), and key result areas (KRAs). A background in HR or an MBA in HR is preferred for this role. We are looking for a male candidate between the ages of 35-45 who is familiar with local HR practices and policies. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR management and possess the necessary skills to effectively manage the HR functions of the organization. This is a full-time position with a salary range of 50-55k CTC. In addition to the salary, you will also be entitled to benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and there is a yearly bonus based on performance. The work location for this position is in-person, and the candidate should be willing to work in a local setting.
