The candidate should have a **Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering** with **1–5 years of experience** in quantity surveying and billing. Responsibilities include preparing BOQs, estimates, and quantity take-offs from drawings, handling client and subcontractor bills, maintaining project cost and billing reports, coordinating with site engineers for measurement verification, preparing material reconciliation and rate analysis, and assisting the accounts team with project-related documentation. Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office**, along with strong communication, accuracy, and time management skills, is essential.
