HR Manager Creative Multimedia

As an experienced Human Resources Manager at Creative Multimedia, you will play a crucial role in fostering a thriving workplace culture and managing the complete employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Talent Acquisition: Leading end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent across creative and technical disciplines - Onboarding & Integration: Designing and delivering comprehensive induction programs that immerse new team members in our organizational vision, values, and structure - Employee Relations: Cultivating positive workplace relationships and serving as a trusted resource for team members at all levels - Conflict Resolution: Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and statutory matters with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance - HR Operations: Managing multiple HR functions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines You should bring to the table a post-graduate degree with 5+ years of progressive HR management experience, exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, the ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands, a solid work ethic with excellent time management skills, and an understanding of employment law and statutory compliance. The remuneration for this position is on par with industry standards.
