Description
As Manager - Human Resources, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of HR services and staff support. You will collaborate with Delivery heads, Process Managers, Team Leaders, and Management staff to identify, develop, and implement solutions across various HR functions such as workforce planning, managing for performance, industrial relations, organizational restructuring, employee relations, organizational development, and staff development. Additionally, you will work with Management to develop and implement key change management strategies and services to enhance staff and business performance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strategic Policy framing: - Reviewing existing processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. - Building strategies to meet new organizational needs. - Staying updated on industry trends and competition. - Talent Acquisition: - Managing end-to-end recruitment of technical profiles. - Prioritizing requirements through regular meetings with business teams. - Developing strategies for fulfilling current openings. - Managing a team of recruiters, guiding them in utilizing various sourcing strategies. - Regularly following up with internal clients for their requirements and position closures. - Compensation: - Generating market intelligence on specific skill sets and compensation levels. - Negotiating with candidates for remuneration and perks. - Employee Engagement: - Planning activities to keep employees motivated in their roles. - Training & Development: - Analyzing training needs through interaction with DM/PM/TLs. - Administering training as per organizational requirements. - Negotiating with vendors for training commercials. - Grievance Handling: - Addressing complaints and issues among employees. - Taking corrective actions to resolve complaints. - Handling inquiries from employees and management. - Administration: - Collaborating with the Admin Department on employee-related issues. - Encouraging continuous improvement and innovation within the team. - Delegating appropriate responsibilities while retaining accountability for results. - Ensuring compliance with safe working procedures and instructions. Qualifications and Skills required: - Experience in HR within high-technology sectors experiencing rapid growth. - MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management with 7-8 years of experience. - Progressive attitude towards human issues, a desire to learn, and customize practices to reflect company culture. - Awareness of market trends and ability to anticipate and address external and internal challenges. - Strong team player, out-of-the-box thinker, and motivation and management skills. - Ability to thrive in a challenging and competitive environment, with good interpersonal skills. - Instill enthusiasm and confidence at all levels, becoming a culture carrier for the company.
