Job Description

Lead high-volume recruitment for multiple roles, ensuring timely and quality hires. Develop and execute recruitment strategies for bulk hiring, balancing speed and quality. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate experience. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors. Negotiate contracts, manage SLAs, and monitor vendor performance to ensure timely delivery of candidates. Source passive and hard-to-find candidates for specialized or difficult-to-fill roles. Develop creative sourcing strategies and build talent pools for niche positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify non-traditional talent and explore new sourcing channels. Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, vendor performance) and optimize processes. Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
