Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage HR generalist activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Oversee office management tasks such as facility maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and filing necessary documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors for various services like courier delivery, catering, etc.
  • Perform general administration duties to support the smooth operation of the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in an HR role or related field (office administration).
  • Strong understanding of HR generalist activities, payroll processing, and office management principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
