Experience : 2+ years in managing a plastic washing center, recycling facility, or similar industrial washing operation. Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of chemical cleaning agents, washing techniques, and mechanical processes for plastic waste cleaning. Leadership Skills : Experience in managing teams and training staff in operational best practices. Problem-Solving Ability : Hands-on approach to troubleshooting equipment and process inefficiencies. Regulatory Awareness : Familiarity with environmental and workplace safety regulations related to plastic processing.
