About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic

Candidate Profile Requirements:

Experience:

8+ years of total experience preferred, with an upper cap at 10 years.
Progressed into

HR leadership roles

in a

Services, IT, BPO, or Banking

environment
Must have prior experience in driving strategic HR initiatives and execution is mandatory

Key Attributes:

High energy, with strong

people orientation.
Comfortable and productive in a

Work from Home

setup.
Demonstrates

maturity, strong listening skills, and emotional intelligence.
Ambitious, but

balanced

not overly aggressive.
Capable of operating at the

AVP level, though

Senior Manager

candidates with the right profile will also be considered.

Education:

Must have an

excellent academic record from premium institutions
Minimum

85% in English

and

80% in Mathematics

in 10th and 12th standard is must.
