As an HR IT Recruiter at BSRI Solutions, located in Chennai, your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to identify job requirements for various IT roles. You will be sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks. Additionally, you will be screening candidates based on their skills, experience, and qualifications, conducting interviews, and participating in the selection process to hire the best candidates. Your role will also involve assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company. Furthermore, you will be responsible for promoting a positive brand image for BSRI Solutions in the job market through various outreach activities and events. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar position, a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
