**Job Description:** As a Contract and Compliance Manager, your role will involve administering and managing labor contracts, ensuring compliance with all employment laws, and maintaining a strong understanding of regulations like the Contract Labor Act. **Key Responsibilities:** - Sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified contract workers - Managing the onboarding process and handling all necessary documentation - Serving as a point of contact for contract workers - Addressing their inquiries and concerns - Resolving grievances or conflicts that arise - Monitoring the performance of contract labor - Providing feedback and working with management to address performance issues or develop improvement plans - Preparing reports on labor costs, workforce statistics, and other relevant metrics to support strategic decision-making **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution effectively If you are passionate about contract and compliance management, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to have you join our team.
