Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human capital management and be adept at navigating the complexities of employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Support in HR operations and documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Maintain HR databases and reports

Requirements:

• MBA/Graduate (HR specialization preferred)
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and pursue a career in HR

Note : Immediate joiners preferred.
